3 Tips To Run Better

New to running? Here are 3 easy tips to run better.

  1. Wait at least 3 hours after eating a large meal

Eating too much before your run can lead to cramping or make you feel sick. We suggest waiting at least 3 hours after eating a large meal. On the other hand, running on an empty stomach can lead you to run out of energy faster so try eating something easily digestible like a banana and 1 tablespoon of nut butter or yogurt and fruits.

  1. Don’t start too fast

If you are new to running, make a plan with realistic objectives. If you want to stay consistent and motivated, now is not the time to fix your objectives too high. Be kind to yourself! We also suggest keeping track of your progress with running apps for your smartphone. They’re a great way to help you improve and keep you motivated.

  1. Stay hydrated before your run

Drink a glass of water a half hour before going on your run to prevent dehydration and cramping. You’ll want to make sure you stay hydrated especially when it’s really hot outside. Drinking water all day long is a good habit if you want to become a consistent runner because you lose a lot of fluid during your run. Keep your bottle within reach all day long to always be reminded.

I have been surfing on-line more than 3 hours lately, yet I never found any interesting article like
yours. It’s lovely value enough for me. In my opinion, if all website owners and bloggers made just right content material as you did,
the web can be a lot more helpful than ever before.
