Here are our ‘go-to’ green smoothies to cleanse, restore, or refuel.

Alkaline Cleansing Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

• 1 celery stalk
• 1 small cucumber, peeled, chopped
• 1 kale leaf
• ½ cup of parsley
• ½ cup of spinach
• ½ a lemon, peeled
• Small piece of fresh ginger
• 2 cups of water

Directions:

• Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Super Green Detox Smoothie

Ingredients:

• 2 celery stalks
• 1 cucumber, peeled, chopped
• 2 kale leaves
• 1 handful of spinach
• 1 handful of parsley
• 1 lemon, peeled
• 1 green apple cored, peeled, chopped
• 1 cup of water

Directions:

• Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Avocado Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients:

• 1 large, ripened avocado
• 1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or natural)
• 6-8 tbsp honey or agave nectar (depending on desired sweetness)
• 1 1/5 cup unsweetened coconut milk
• 1 cup spinach

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Post-Workout Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

• 2 handfuls of spinach
• 1 banana
• 1” piece of ginger
• 1 cup of pineapple chunks
• ½ cup almond milk
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• ½ cup coconut water

Directions:

• Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
